Process
- Discovery: We first determine if you are collecting the data you want to track and visualize. If not, we can help guide you.
- Piloting: You provide us with some KPIs that you want to report on and we create the pipeline for PowerBI or Tableau (although we recommend PowerBI).
- If you do not have access to the DB we can gather data via Q360 API.
- Development: Our team develops custom reports and dashboards based on the KPIs identified in the piloting phase, testing and refining until we have a solution that meets your needs.
- Training and Support: We provide training and support to ensure that your team is equipped to use the new reporting tools effectively.
- Ongoing Optimization: We continue to work with you to optimize and refine the reports and dashboards over time, as your business needs evolve.
