How it Works (pass: q360invoiced)

  • Using Q360 API and our dedicated API end points, we batch process invoices that are qualify for sync with Invoiced.com
  • If an invoice has an invoice attachment rendered by Q360 (SSRS), the attachment is brought over, line-item detail can be brought over, taxes etc.
  • Payment is written back to Q360 invoice via dedicated endpoint for Q360 API

How it Works

  • Credit card payment links are embedded on Q360 generated invoice PDFs
  • The link contains information needed for Rubi's APIs to communicate with Q360 instance APIs to gather invoice details (amount, balance, branch etc.)
  • The details are passed to a CognitoForm which is connected to the customer's Stripe account
  • End-customer processes payment
  • Payment is written back to Q360 invoice via dedicated endpoint for Q360 API
